- Log in to Sirona Connect
- Select “My Cerec Connect” then “Edit Account”
- Under “My Account” select "My Favorite Laboratories”
- Search “Crystal” in the field for “Company name” and check the box
- Click "Add” to register
- Select your restoration preferences and send the scans by selecting “Submit Cart”
CEREC is a product of Dentsply Sirona.
iTero Element
- Contact Align Technology directly to add Crystal to your list of “Favorite Labs”. Provide Crystal Lab ID as 318
- Under settings, select “Sync Configuration”
- Transmit case scans and data by selecting “Send” on the screen

Trios
- Log in to your 3Shape account
- Under “More” select “Settings”
- In the menu, click “Connections” then “Labs” and “Add”
- Search “Crystal” and click “Connect” to send a request to connect
- Once the connection request has been approved, please look for "Crystal" under your "Scan & Send" menu heading

- Complete the digital Rx
- Click “Sign” on the screen to transmit a scan file to the lab
- Contact 3M ESPE directly to add Crystal to your list of connected labs

Planmeca
- Complete the digital Rx in the Planmeca Romexis® application
- Click “3D Model Export”
- Log in to the “My Account” section of our website
- Complete the patient information and delivery data form
- Select the appropriate files and click “Upload Files”
Note: Planmeca customers can send scans securely through Planmeca Romexis CloudPlanmeca is a product of Planmeca USA.
Medit i700
- Log in to your Medit account at meditlink.com
- Under “Partner” search for Crystal by entering CDOP@glidewelldental.com and request partnership
- Once partnership is approved, you can select Crystal when completing the digital Rx

Heron™ IOS
- Log in to your HeronClinic™ account
- Add Crystal as a lab of choice in the HeronCloud™ interface by clicking “Connections” and “Add Connection”
- Select Crystal when completing the digital Rx
- The case will be sent to Crystal through the Heron portal
